Marcin Maciejowski in Paris

The latest works by Marcin Maciejowski, the author of the poster for this year’s Ludwig van Beethoven Easter Festival (Warsaw, 21st March – 3rd April 2010) are on display at Parisian Galerie Thaddaeus Ropac until 9th February 2010. The exhibition entitled “Are you Really from the Art World?” presents Maciejowski’s works from 2009. Their subjects are related to the milieu of the world of art, and the position of the contemporary artist within it. The artist makes a juxtaposition of the social phenomena in contemporary Poland and France. The following presentation of his works will begin already in March in the National Museum in Kraków.
