14th Ludwig van Beethoven Easter Festival is over

The fourth meeting with Beethoven’s symphonies closed the 14th Ludwig van Beethoven Easter Festival. 48 hours of music, 23 concerts, 14 accompanying events, 43,000 music lovers: a most imposing result! We have heard all Beethoven’s nine symphonies; Warsaw, Kraków, Wrocław, Poznań Gdańsk, Opole, Łódź, Lublin were visited by great artists: orchestras, conductors, and soloists. Festival cycles were continued: unknown operas and all Beethoven’s sonatas were performed; the exhibition of manuscripts opened to visitors as always in Kraków. A fortnight’s music festivity at the world level!
All that needs to be done now is to wish you a peaceful and joyful Easter, and hope that we meet in a year’s time!
