From 1996 she studied at Hochschule für Musik in Munich with Prof. Josef Loibl. She participated in various master classes (Jan Philipp Schulze, Wolfram Rieger and Helmut Deutsch). In 2000 she won three significant vocal competitions: in Barcelona, Zwickau and Geneva. Important engagements followed at Bayerische Staatsoper Munich, Deutsche Staatsoper Berlin, Sächsische Staatsoper Dresden, Théâtre des Champs-Elysées Paris, Théâtre Royal de la Monnaie Brussels, New National Theatre in Tokyo and Innsbrucker Festwochen.
Among her earlier appearances the most important are: Freia in Rheingold at Salzburger Osterfestspiele (2007) under the baton of Sir Simon Rattle, Aminta in Re Pastore at the Festival in Salzburg (2006), Antonia opposite Rolando Villazon at Opéra National de Paris, Donna Elvira in Don Giovanni at the Milano La Scala (Mussbach/Dudamel), Mendelssohn’s Elias (Seiji Ozawa) at Maggio Musicale Fiorentino, Gänsemagd in Humperdinck’s Königskinder at Bayerische Staatsoper Munich (Homoki/Luisi), Cinna in Lucio Silla at Wiener Festwochen (Guth/Harnoncourt), Pamina in Zauberflöte at Sächsische Staatsoper Dresden (Freyer/Weigle) as well as concert performances with the works such as Schumann’s Faust-Szenen (Nikolaus Harnoncourt/Styriarte Graz) and concerts at Wiener Musikverein (Franz Schmidt Das Buch mit sieben Siegeln with the Wiener Symphoniker under Fabio Luisi).
She began 2007/08 season as Donna Elvira in Japan and Berlin with Deutsche Staatsoper Berlin under the baton of Daniel Barenboim. She is new Donna Anna at the Festival in Salzburg in 2008. In June 2008 she makes her début as Elettra in a new production of Idomeneo (Dieter Dorn/Kent Nagano) at Bayerische Staatsoper München. She will give concerts at the Theater an der Wien, Philharmonie Berlin, Beethovenfest Bonn, Musikfest Stuttgart, Beethoven Festival in Warsaw, in Tokio, Madrid and Prague. She débuts with the Wiener Philharmoniker under Nikolaus Harnoncourt in the title role of Schumann’s Paradies und die Peri at the Wiener Musikverein. Anette Dasch gives recitals during the Schubertiade in Schwarzenberg, at Mozarteum in Salzburg, at Konzerthaus Dortmund.
She records exclusively for Sony BMG. Her first solo CD recording was released under the title Armida. She also recorded: German Baroque Arias (CD/ Harmonia Mundi), Genoveva (CD/Acousense), Re Pastore (DVD/Deutsche Grammophon) and Nozze di Figaro (DVD/Bel Air Classiques).
