
Born in 1974 in Starachowice. Graduated from the Frederic Chopin Academy of Music in Warsaw where he studied at the Vocal Department in the class of Prof. Włodzimierz Zalewski (2005). He is laureate of numerous prizes and distinctions at vocal competitions in Poland and abroad, including: Duszniki-Zdrój (2002), 2nd prize (no 1st prize was awarded) at the 10th Ada Sari International Vocal Art Competition in Nowy Sącz and special prize of the Silesia Institute for Promotion and Propagation of Music (2003), special prize of the jury and medal of the city of Braila at the finals of the Hariclea Darclée International Vocal Competition in Romania (2003) as well as special prize for the best Polish performer at the 5th International Stanisław Moniuszko Vocal Competition in Warsaw (2004). He received an award consisting of promotional concerts for taking part in the final concert ending Rolando Panerai's vocal course at the Luigi Cherubini Conservatory in Florence (2002).
Remigiusz Łukomski performed in opera productions of Teatr Wielki – National Opera in Warsaw: Mozart’s Così fan tutte (1999), Żeleński’s Janek (2000), Tchaikovsky’s Eugene Onegin (Gremin, 2001), Giordano’s Andrea Chénier (Clown, 2005), Berg’s Wozzeck (First Ppprentice, 2006), the new production of Puccini's La Bohème (Colline, 2006), Mozart's The Magic Flute (2006) as Sarastro, the part he also sings in In the Land of the Magic Flute (2007). He performed with Polish Radio Orchestra in the concert version of Giuseppe Verdi’s Falstaff under the baton of Łukasz Borowicz (2007).
