Violetta Bielecka

Violetta Bielecka, composer and artistic manager of the Podlasie Opera and Philharmonic Choir is professor at the Białystok division of the the Academy of Music from Warszawa. Since 1987 she has conducted a female choir, the Schola Cantorum Bialostociensis at the Paderewski Schools of Music. Since 1995 she has been chairwoman of the Association of Choral Music Enthusiasts in Białystok, where she conducted a chamber choir, the Cantica Cantamus (1998-2006). She is an organiser of the International Workshops for Polish Youth and Young Polish Immigrants, the Polish Choir of Peace. From 1995 to 1999 she worked at the Bydgoszcz Academy of Music and was the vocal consultant of the choir of the Teatr Wielki National Opera House (1995-1997).
