Masterclass is open to all singers born after 25 March 1972

Program Costs

Tuition is a per week rate for master classes and student recitals for Polish candidates:

• € 50 registration fee
• € 75 tuition fee for the masterclass

Tuition is a per week rate for master classes and student recitals for non-Polish candidates:

• € 50 registration fee
• € 150 tuition fee for the masterclass

Tuition does not include accommodation, meals,
transportation or incidental expenses.

Application Fee

A non-refundable registration fee of € 50 must accompany all applications. The fee is payable to Ludwig van Beethoven Association / Christa Ludwig Masterclass and must be made by bank transfer:

Application Form

• All applicants must submit a completed application form, enclosing:
• filled in Application Form (Application Form to get)
• CD with circa 15 minutes of my own recorded performance, containing 3 works of contrasting styles, with one sung in German
• current résumé (in English or German) complete with the following: public performance experience; schools, institutes and programmes attended along with names of teachers, dates attended; degress and / or certificates,
• two letters of recommendation (in German, French or English)
• copy of identity card
• receipt of registration fee

Résumé
All applicants are required to send a current résumé completed with the following information: Orchestral, ensemble and/or solo experience; schools, institutes or programmes attended along with names of teachers, dates attended; degrees and/or certificates.

Letters of Recommendation
All applicants must submit two letters of recommendation with their application.

Audition CD
All applicants are required to send a 15 minute audition recording with three contrasting works, including at least one German Lied or opera aria with their application.

Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of € 200 is required upon acceptance and before March 10, 2007, to hold your position.

ALL FEES MUST BE PAID PRIOR TO THE BEGINNING OF THE PROGRAM.
